Cash

We do, of course, accept cash if you are collecting your order from our place.

Advance payment/bank transfer

We will provide you with our account details required for payment. Generally, we receive the payment within one work day. The items are reserved immediately after the order has been placed and shipped after we received your payment.

Invoice

Unfortunately, the payment method "invoice" is currently not available for online ordering. We ask our already registered customers to send us an order by email or choose payment in advance/bank transfer when ordering and let us know by email that you would like an invoice.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

(You can choose this payment method if you are a returning and registered client of Groomers Mall (only in CH).) Your payment is due within 30 days (net) of the invoice date.

PayPal

Paypal is an international payment service, allowing transactions to be made directly between vendors and buyers. Paypal processes your payment before forwarding it to us. Further information about this service is available on www.paypal.com.

Postcard and PostFinance

This payment method allows you to make payments in our online shop via e-banking and your PostFinance account.

MasterCard / Visa

We accept MasterCard and Visa. When making an online payment, the credit card used will be charged even if the ordered item is not yet deliverable.

TWINT

We accept TWINT. When making an online payment, TWINT will be charged even if the ordered item is not yet deliverable.

Shipping

We only ship within Switzerland.

Ordered until 3pm – receive it the next day (within Switzerland)!

We deliver by DPD (unsigned). Exception cargo >30 kg like grooming tables, bathtubs, etc. will be delivered by transport company.

Shipping charges:

Free shipping within Switzerland on orders from CHF 200.-. No charges for pickup at our location. Please call 079 587 52 98 for an appointment or use our contactform.

Shipping time:

Dispatch only on business days till 3.00 pm after payment's received. Exception cargo >30 kg, dispatch will be provided separately.

• Goods in stock are usually delivered within 24 hours. Exception cargo >30 kg: Shipping time will be provided separately.
• Products not in stock: Shipping time for products which are not in stock may take 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the product.
