Notice:
When using the GROOMERflex© for the first time, the slider system may not yet glide optimally - the optimal gliding properties are achieved when used in daily use (e.g. with water and shampoo)!

For optimum hold, keep the suction cup inner surface dry and free of grease before pressing on and press SCHMATZ firmly onto a dry smooth surface. A "dry connection" can hold axially up to 40 kg!

Important safety accessory of the panic hook:
Prevent accidents and injuries to an animal with the panic hook. With a pull on the tab, the dog can be immediately released from the grooming arm.
