Warranty period according to Swiss law

The law prescribes a two-year guarantee (legal term: warranty right) for defects (Art. 210 para. 1 OR). After the expiration of these two years, the seller is no longer liable, even if you immediately report the original defect that you only now discover. In this case, the seller is liable at most if he fraudulently concealed the defect.

Warranty:

Please notify us as soon as possible of the defect in your product purchased from us via email or contact form below. Pack the product well, stamp the package and send it to the address below with a note about your contact details (address, mail, phone number) and a brief description of the problem.

Repair:

Often an older device can still be repaired. For all devices in our assortment, we try to find a solution. Please contact us via the contact form below if a repair still makes sense and who can repair your device.

You are welcome to send the following brands directly to us: Aesculap / ANDIS / Toex / Aeolus. We will check if a repair still makes sense and will inform you as soon as possible by email.

If you wish, we will send you a free and non-binding offer for the repair costs by email.

Please do not forget to include a description of the problem and your return address including contact details (e-mail, phone).
